Reviews 1: Ultraman

The hero from M-78 who came for our stakes.......Ultraman!

Ultraman is a Japanese TV show created by the company, Tusuburaya Productions. Running from the middle of the year 1966 to the the middle of 1967. Running a total of 39 episodes and the second project Eiji Tusuburaya personally worked on. The show soon became highly popular and later spawned many sequels and a release in the U.S.

The show featured a defense force by the name of the Science Patrol whose duties are to protect the Earth and investigate strange matters. But during a patrol, one of their members: Hayata, gets hit by a comet in the plane and crashes. The comet, being Ultraman, was sorry for killing Hayata. So they merge their life and protects the Earth together.

During the last episode of Ultraman, Ultraman loses to the final monster: Zetton. After losing, Zetton is destroyed by the Science Patrol. Soon after Zetton's death, A new Ultraman is introduced. His name being Zoffy and as Ultraman's superior. Zoffy gave Hayata a new life and departs with Ultraman, concluding the series.

In the end, Ultraman is a popular character spawning sequels, imitations, and many more. Although his show has ended, he will still be making more appearances in other Ultra shows and more. And I give him a 5/5. This is the YaocomiX reviews, and I'll see you later!

  1. You have no credibility, as proven by your defence of the indefensible plagiarist Chris Bores.
